</TERMIMAL> TE Growth Engine

TE Growth Engine is a lightweight, AI-driven SEO automation plugin for WooCommerce, built by TERMIMAL and designed to handle the full spectrum of modern search optimization — SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — from a single, unified WordPress admin interface. Instead of juggling separate tools for meta tags, schema, FAQs, and AI-friendly content, the plugin turns all of that into configurable background tasks executed by a multi-provider AI routing layer. It requires WordPress 5.0+, WooCommerce 6.0+, and PHP 7.4+, and it deliberately keeps its frontend footprint minimal while placing its control center under the TERMIMAL menu in the WordPress dashboard.

The plugin supports seven AI providers out of the box — OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google AI (Gemini), Cohere, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, and Groq — each with its own configurable model, custom endpoint override, and API key field. The TEGE_AI_Manager handles round-robin routing, automatic fallback on failure, response caching via transients, and a circuit breaker that temporarily pauses a provider after repeated failures (with faster tripping for 401/402/403 auth and billing errors). A configurable daily API call limit prevents runaway credit consumption, and a runtime state option tracks daily usage, errors, and per-provider circuit status. An admin health dashboard shows exactly which providers are ready, which are paused, and the last error each one produced.

Task execution is controlled by an automation level (Suggest only, Semi-automatic with approval queue, or Fully automatic), an activity level (Low, Medium, High) that governs batch size and API delay, and an optional active hours window that restricts heavy processing to a specific time range — including overnight windows. The available tasks cover meta title & description generation, product description optimization, image alt text, Schema JSON-LD, internal linking suggestions, SEO scoring, FAQ generation, voice search optimization, AI-friendly summaries, structured data for generative engines, social/OG snippets, and category/tag optimization. Editable prompt templates allow every task to be customized in English or Persian, with placeholders for product title, description, SKU, categories, focus keyword, URL, price, and image.

The admin experience is organized into ten tabs: General, API Keys, Tasks, Schedule, Suggestions, Approval Queue, Reports, Logs, Prompts, and Frontend output. In Suggest mode, AI changes are stored as suggestions for manual review with a before/after diff; in Semi-automatic mode they enter an approval queue that supports single and bulk approval. A local TEGE_Analyzer runs a 15-point SEO checklist directly on the product editor screen — covering meta title and description length, product name, short and full descriptions, featured image, alt text, categories, tags, focus keyword usage, SKU, schema, FAQ, AI summary, social snippets, and stock availability — and produces a 0–100 score with an A–F grade plus actionable recommendations. This score appears as a sortable, filterable column on the WooCommerce products list, and the product editor gains a full SEO metabox with a score hero, checklist table, recommendations list, and one-click AI optimization queueing.

Background processing is built on WooCommerce’s Action Scheduler when available, with a WP-Cron fallback, so jobs never block the admin UI. A smart product selection algorithm prioritizes never-processed products first, then oldest-processed ones, while respecting a failure cooldown to avoid hammering broken keys. Reports are generated automatically at the end of each active period and stored in a custom wp_tege_reports table, alongside wp_tege_logs, wp_tege_suggestions, and wp_tege_queue. All four tables are created via dbDelta on activation and cleanly dropped by uninstall.php on deletion, along with all plugin options, transients, and scheduled hooks.

On the frontend, the plugin outputs Product JSON-LD schema, FAQPage schema, WebPage + speakable schema for GEO, Open Graph and Twitter meta, and an optional FAQ accordion with AI summary on single product pages. It detects whether Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or SEOPress is active and can either act as the primary SEO engine (owning title, description, and meta output) or run in compatibility mode that also writes to those plugins’ meta keys. Shortcodes [tege_faq] and [tege_ai_summary] allow manual placement, and the whole system respects the _tege_* meta namespace for safe, non-destructive storage.

Security and data integrity are handled carefully: all admin actions are nonce-protected and capability-checked against manage_options, all REST and AJAX endpoints verify nonces, all database writes use $wpdb->prepare or $wpdb->insert with format specifiers, all user input is sanitized through sanitize_text_field, sanitize_key, wp_kses_post, or esc_url_raw as appropriate, and all output is escaped with esc_html, esc_attr, or wp_json_encode. The plugin never mass-assigns request data, never executes raw SQL with user input, and scopes every product-level operation to the correct post or term ID with explicit permission checks.

Visually, TE Growth Engine presents a clean, native WordPress admin aesthetic with tabbed navigation, health cards, score dashboards, diff tables, and status pills that use WooCommerce’s own color language. It includes inline critical CSS for the products list SEO column, RTL-safe inline field layouts for the circuit breaker settings, a frontend FAQ block styled with a lightweight frontend.css, and a logs tab with per-row copy, full-message expand, and CSV export for up to 5,000 entries. In short, TE Growth Engine is a complete, provider-agnostic, safety-first AI optimization suite for WooCommerce — one that respects automation boundaries, protects API credits, integrates with existing SEO plugins, and gives store owners a measurable, reviewable path from weak product pages to fully optimized, AI-citable content.
